Shipping Policies
We ship exclusively through reputed courier agencies to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely. While we strive to ship all items together, it may not always be possible due to availability. We will inform you if a split shipment is necessary.
If you find the package tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact our Customer Care immediately at
9637121841 / 9766994400 with your order reference number. We will arrange a replacement promptly.
You can track your shipping status through the
Track your Order section on our website. All items, including gifts, are shipped with an invoice as per Indian tax regulations.
Shipping Partners
We primarily ship through
Blue Dart as selected during checkout. On special request for remote areas, we can ship through EMS Speed Post, although acceptance depends on the postal service’s discretion regarding the item’s safety.
Shipping Time / Delivery Time
- We aim to ship orders within the same day. 99% of our orders are shipped within 24 hours.
- We ship from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sunday ship on Monday.
- Orders placed before 1:00 PM are shipped the same day (excluding holidays).
- Blue Dart pickups are scheduled same-day if shipments are ready before 2:00 PM.
- Delivery within India typically takes 2–5 days, but may vary beyond our control.
Please plan orders with sufficient lead time instead of last-minute requirements.
Guarantee / Warranty
All products carry a standard warranty unless otherwise mentioned. If you find any defects within the warranty period, we will repair, replace, or refund the product at no cost after verification.
Note: No warranty applies if the product has been misused, statically discharged, modified, soldered, or physically altered.
Exchange Procedure
To initiate an exchange:
- Send photos of the damaged product for our evaluation.
- Upon confirmation, we will guide you on return or exchange steps.
- If a replacement is unavailable, a 100% refund will be issued.
100% Refund / Replacement
We offer 2 days (from delivery date) to report any shipping damage, missing parts, or mismatched items. Please raise a support ticket from the
Support page on our website.
After verification, we will send replacement items at our shipping cost. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund. No refunds without valid reasons will be entertained due to the nature of our products and strict quality policy.
Canceling an Order
Order cancellation requests must be sent by email. Only “Pending” or “Payment Verification” orders can be canceled. Cancellations may incur a 5% bank charge due to payment gateway fees.
Note: Once the order moves beyond the pending stage, it cannot be canceled. ADISANS reserves final decision-making rights on all cancellation requests.
Return Guidelines
- We will first attempt remote troubleshooting (e.g., TeamViewer support).
- If unsuccessful, we will issue an RMA number for return.
- Mark RMA clearly on the shipping box (not on the product packaging).
- Include a copy of the original packing list.
- Unused defective items will be replaced within 2 days after we receive them.
Limits of Responsibility
We are not responsible for improper installation of products. Please ensure correct polarity and installation procedures for all electronic components.
